take back america conference
looks like the ykos won't be the only bang-up conference for progressives this june. the very next week after what happens in vegas stays in vegas, the right coast will be seeing the "take back ameria" conference, hosted by the campgain for america's future.
we're sorry we can't be there (we can only afford one gigantic progressive convention per june), because the line up of speakers looks even more impressive than ykos!
some of the all-stars slated to speak are: robert redford, barack obama, hillary clinton, bernie sanders, russ feingold, john kerry, barney frank, and more!

progressives announce prime time speakers for “take back america” conference election-year gathering to lay out bold ideas to promote the “common good” monday, june 12 to wednesday, june 14
"for years the right has had its way. it's now apparent that the conservative agenda simply makes things worse. americans have had enough. the public wants a different course, but timidity still chokes the political debate. progressives will challenge the limits of debate and offer a bold vision for change at this year's take back america conference." --toby chaudhuri, campaign for america's future communications director
